Warranty Policy
Effective Date: April 22, 2026
This Warranty Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) outlines the limited warranty coverage provided by FSS (YOUNGER CAR Full Service Supply) for all aftermarket auto parts sold on our website. By purchasing any product from FSS, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy, which complies with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.) and all applicable United States federal and state consumer protection laws. This warranty is exclusively provided to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Important Note: All products sold by FSS are aftermarket, non-OEM replacement parts compatible with Ford vehicles. This warranty applies solely to FSS products and does not affect or void the original factory warranty of your Ford vehicle. Using aftermarket parts from FSS does not invalidate your vehicle’s original warranty, as prohibited by federal law.
1. Warranty Coverage & Duration
1.1 Standard Limited Warranty: All FSS aftermarket auto parts (excluding items listed in Section 1.2) are covered by a 1-year (12-month) limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that cause the product to fail to perform as intended, under normal use and proper installation conditions.
1.2 Exceptions & Shorter Warranty Periods: The following products are covered by a 90-day (3-month) limited warranty, due to their nature as wear-and-tear or consumable components: – Seals, gaskets, and O-rings – Brake pads, brake shoes, and clutch components – Filters (air, oil, fuel, cabin) – Light bulbs and LED components – Wiper blades and small plastic accessories
1.3 Warranty Activation: The warranty is automatically activated upon purchase of the product. No additional registration is required; however, you must retain your original order confirmation, purchase receipt, or invoice to file a warranty claim (see Section 4).
2. What This Warranty Covers
2.1 Manufacturing defects in materials (e.g., faulty metal, plastic, or electronic components) that cause premature failure of the product within the warranty period.
2.2 Workmanship defects (e.g., poor assembly, incorrect welding, or defective wiring) that render the product non-functional or unsafe for use as intended.
2.3 Replacement or repair of the defective product (at FSS’s sole discretion) at no cost to the original purchaser, including parts and labor for covered repairs. FSS reserves the right to replace the defective product with a new or remanufactured product of equal or better quality.
2.4 For warranty claims approved after the product has been installed, FSS may reimburse reasonable labor costs (up to $100 per hour, with a maximum of $500 total) for professional installation by a licensed ASE-certified mechanic.
3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
3.1 Normal Wear and Tear: Deterioration of the product due to regular use, aging, or exposure to harsh environmental conditions (e.g., extreme heat, cold, or corrosion) that is not caused by a manufacturing defect.
3.2 Improper Installation: Damage or failure caused by incorrect installation, including but not limited to: failure to follow installation instructions, use of incompatible tools, or installation by an unqualified individual. FSS is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation.
3.3 Abuse, Misuse, or Neglect: Damage caused by intentional abuse, reckless use, neglect, or modification of the product (e.g., cutting, drilling, or altering the product’s original design).
3.4 Accidental Damage: Damage caused by collisions, accidents, fire, theft, vandalism, or natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes).
3.5 Unauthorized Repairs: Damage or failure caused by repairs or modifications performed by an unauthorized party without prior written consent from FSS.
3.6 Commercial or Racing Use: Products used on commercial vehicles (e.g., delivery trucks, fleet vehicles) or racing vehicles are only covered by a 90-day warranty, regardless of the product type.
3.7 Secondary Damages: FSS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the failure of a warranted product (e.g., damage to other vehicle components, towing costs, or lost time).

6. Additional Terms & Disclosures
6.1 This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by FSS for its products. No other warranties (express or implied) are provided, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable state law.
6.2 FSS’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective product. Under no circumstances shall FSS be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, as permitted by United States federal and state law.
6.3 This Policy complies with the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Disclosure Rule, which requires clear and readable warranty terms for consumer products over $15. You may access this Policy at any time on our website, in compliance with the E-Warranty Act of 2015.
