Welcome to FSS (YOUNGER CAR Full Service Supply) Shipping Policy. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, freight costs, and limitations for all aftermarket auto parts sold on our website. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. We are committed to providing transparent, reliable shipping services to all customers within the United States, ensuring your Ford-compatible auto parts arrive safely and on time.

1. Shipping Eligibility & Coverage Area

1.1 Our shipping services are exclusively available to the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any international locations at this time.
1.2 We reserve the right to reject orders shipping to addresses outside our coverage area, and will notify you promptly if your order is affected. Orders placed with invalid or non-serviceable addresses may be canceled and fully refunded.
1.3 Residential addresses are eligible for shipping; commercial addresses may qualify for faster delivery times (see Section 4 for details). We do not deliver to PO boxes for oversized auto parts (e.g., bumpers, hoods, wheels).

2. Order Processing Time

2.1 All orders are processed within1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after full payment is confirmed and authorized by our payment processors (PayPal/Stripe). Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and may be extended by 1-2 days during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or high-order volume periods.
2.2 You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate in the carrier’s system due to processing delays.
2.3 To ensure timely processing, please provide accurate and complete shipping information (including street address, apartment number, and zip code). Incorrect or incomplete information may cause processing delays or delivery failures, for which FSS is not liable.

3. Shipping Rates & Fees

3.1 Free Standard Shipping: All orders with a total value of $50 or more (before taxes, if applicable) qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. This is our standard shipping option for most auto parts (e.g., interior accessories, small exterior parts, replacement components).
3.2 Standard Shipping (Under $50): Orders with a total value under $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $5.99. This fee is non-refundable, even if the order is canceled after shipping has been processed.
3.3 Oversized/Heavy Parts Shipping: Large or heavy auto parts (e.g., engines, transmissions, bumpers, wheels over 150 lbs) are classified as freight shipments and are subject to additional shipping fees. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location (U.S. Zone-based pricing). You will be notified of the freight fee before confirming your order.
3.4 Additional Fees: Remote area surcharges (for rural locations) or residential delivery surcharges ($2-$5 per package) may apply, as determined by our shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS). These fees will be added to your shipping cost at checkout.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

4.1 We partner with trusted U.S. shipping carriers, including USPS, FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground, to deliver your orders. The carrier will be selected based on the order’s size, weight, and delivery location to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective service.
4.2 Standard Shipping Timeline: After order processing, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Delivery times may vary slightly based on the distance between our warehouse and your shipping address (U.S. Zone classification).
4.3 Oversized Freight Delivery: Freight shipments for heavy auto parts typically take 5-7 business days for delivery, and may require a signature upon receipt. A delivery window will be provided via email once the shipment is dispatched.
4.4 Express Shipping: At this time, we do not offer expedited (2-day or overnight) shipping. All shipments are sent via standard ground service to maintain affordable pricing for our customers.

5. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

5.1 FSS is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our direct control, including but not limited to: carrier service disruptions, severe weather events, natural disasters, labor strikes, customs delays (for rare international shipments, if applicable), or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5.2 If your order is delayed by more than 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support with your order number and tracking information, and we will investigate the delay with the carrier and provide updates.
5.3 Hazardous or dangerous auto parts (e.g., batteries, fuel tanks, flammable paints) require special handling and may be subject to additional shipping delays or restrictions. We comply with all U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations for shipping hazardous materials, and will notify you of any applicable delays or restrictions before processing your order.

6. Undeliverable Packages

6.1 Packages may be marked as undeliverable if: the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the recipient is not available to accept delivery (for signature-required shipments), the address is a non-serviceable location, or the package is refused by the recipient.
6.2 Undeliverable packages will be returned to our warehouse. Once received, we will contact you to verify your shipping address and arrange for re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply) or process a full refund (excluding original shipping fees).

7. Shipping & Order Cancellations

7.1 If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the package and receive a refund (excluding shipping fees).
7.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other reasonable reasons. If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

8.1 FSS is not liable for any damage to packages during shipping. All packages are carefully packaged to prevent damage, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the package, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
8.2 We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, only estimated timelines. Delivery times are provided by our shipping carriers and are subject to change based on external factors.
8.3 All shipping terms outlined in this policy are subject to the terms and conditions of our shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS), and we reserve the right to adjust our shipping policies to comply with carrier updates or U.S. federal regulations.
