This policy complies with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations and California state consumer protection laws. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Core Return Policy
All physical auto parts are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original, intact factory packaging. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Installed, modified, or damaged parts will not be accepted for return or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items.
Return Process
All returns require a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
- Email us at 【yalun1025@gmail.com】 with your full order number, item details, and return reason. For damaged or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product and shipping packaging.
- We will review your request within 2 business days, and send you an RMA number and return address if approved.
- Pack the item securely, mark the RMA number clearly on the package, and ship it back via a trackable shipping service.
- Share the tracking number with us; we will process your refund once the item passes warehouse inspection.
Refund Details
- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for incorrect, defective, or damaged items sent due to our error.
- After the refund is issued, it may take 3-10 additional business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing timeline.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been installed, modified, used, or damaged
- Items without original factory packaging, or missing included accessories/hardware
- Custom-made or special-ordered parts
- Clearance or final sale marked items
- Orders outside the 30-day return window
California Resident Rights
For California residents, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under California state law, including your right to a refund for defective goods.
